How can I contact the seller?

The very best way to get in touch with a particular store directly is as follows:

Go to the HOME SCREEN of the Silk Purse Guild
You'll see STORE LIST on the navigation bar

Here you will see a detailed list of all of the Individual stores on the Silk Purse Guild. You can change the view, which will make searching easier.

Once you've opened the store page, there are two ways you can contact the seller directly. If you would just like to send them an email, quick question or query, then you'll find a Contact Vendor form on the left hand side of the page.

If you have an order number, then you can open a support ticket right here in the store page. The button for the support ticket is right there on the left hand side, just underneath the store banner.

Our sellers are on hand to offer you any support or assistance you may need, to make sure you always receive the very best customer service, here at the Silk Purse Guild. Always contact the store directly, with any queries questions or support requests.

How do I leave Feedback?

Giving our sellers feedback REALLY helps them to build up their business, and we encourage you to do so. The easiest way is on our website. You can do this for every purchase and this is how:

On the HOMESCREEN of the Silk Purse Guild, top of the screen on the right, you'll see MY ACCOUNT... hover to open the drop down menu.
In the** DROP DOWN MENU**, select ORDERS
In here you'll see a list of your orders. Hit the BLUE BUTTON marked SUPPORT on the order that you want information about.
This will open a SUPPORT FORM which, once completed, will wing its way into our Sellers inbox.
Always use your order number when contacting our sellers, as this helps then to deal with your requests and feedback as quickly as possible

If you would like to leave the seller a review for an order you've made on the Silk Purse Guild, go to your dashboard and click on ORDERS

Here you will find a list of all orders you've made. Select the order you wish to leave a review for and click on the VIEW button

Here you will find all of the details regarding that individual order. Locate VENDOR on the left hand side and click it. This will take you directly to the sellers individual store on the main website. Here you will see REVIEWS. Click REVIEWS and you will be able to read all of the sellers reviews, and add one of your own

You may have also spotted our WALL OF LOVE, which is a huge showcase of customer experience, that we are incredibly proud of. Customer service is at the very heart of everything we do. Keep a close eye on your email, as you may well receive an invitation to have your say on the wall.

When will my Purchase Arrive?

If you'd like to ask our seller how long it will take for your order to arrive BEFORE you've hit that buy now button, the easiest way to get in touch with our sellers is as follows:

Go to the HOME SCREEN of the Silk Purse Guild
There you'll see Store List on the main menu bar

This will show you a detailed list of all Superstar sellers on the site
Find the shop you want to contact and click on their Get Support, located right there on the banner

You can also send them an email directly, using the contact form on the left hand side of their store page

If you'd like to make inquiries about your order AFTER making a purchase, PLEASE remember to include your order number, as this will help our sellers to deal with your queries as quickly as possible.

Please bare in mind that all of the products listed on our website are handcrafted. Some products may be personalised or even made to order. Check the details in the store description BEFORE making a purchase, to make absolutely sure you are ok with the delivery times estimated.

Holidays can have an affect on National delivery times.

How do I request a refund?

Each store has their own Refund Policy

Make sure you have read the Returns Policy, offered by the independant shop you are buying from.

You will find this policy in the product listing, in the SHIPPING tab

Contacting the Shop Directly

Getting in touch with shop owner directly is super easy. Find the store you wish to contact, in the STORE LIST

On the left hand side, you will see a contact form. If you are logged in, the form will be pre-filled with your details, making it super easy to reach out.

Get Support using your Order Number

The best way to reach out to the shop, regarding problems with your order, would be by using you ORDER NUMBER

For this method, locate the shop in the STORE LIST and fire them a message using the SUPPORT button in there store.

Be Patient

All of our shops are dedicated to provide you with great customer service. The payment provider we use can take up to 30 days to issue refunds.

Can I search for a particular Seller?

To track down your favourite stores, the easiest way is as follows:

From the home screen, head to STORES LIST via the navigation bar at the top of the screen -

Once inside, you will find a full list of all of our fabulous Guild members. Click on the BLUE FILTER button, and a menu will open to reveal a search bar.

You can now type in the business name of the store your wish to locate, easy!
