Giving our sellers feedback REALLY helps them to build up their business, and we encourage you to do so. The easiest way is on our website. You can do this for every purchase and this is how:
- On the HOMESCREEN of the Silk Purse Guild, top of the screen on the right, you'll see MY ACCOUNT... hover to open the drop down menu.
- In the** DROP DOWN MENU**, select ORDERS
- In here you'll see a list of your orders. Hit the BLUE BUTTON marked SUPPORT on the order that you want information about.
- This will open a SUPPORT FORM which, once completed, will wing its way into our Sellers inbox.
- Always use your order number when contacting our sellers, as this helps then to deal with your requests and feedback as quickly as possible
If you would like to leave the seller a review for an order you've made on the Silk Purse Guild, go to your dashboard and click on ORDERS
Here you will find a list of all orders you've made. Select the order you wish to leave a review for and click on the VIEW button
Here you will find all of the details regarding that individual order. Locate VENDOR on the left hand side and click it. This will take you directly to the sellers individual store on the main website. Here you will see REVIEWS. Click REVIEWS and you will be able to read all of the sellers reviews, and add one of your own
You may have also spotted our WALL OF LOVE, which is a huge showcase of customer experience, that we are incredibly proud of. Customer service is at the very heart of everything we do. Keep a close eye on your email, as you may well receive an invitation to have your say on the wall.
